Our policies all boil down to this: we promise to take good care of you. There's no way we would be here without our amazing customers and we really try to do everything possible to make sure you are completely happy with your purchasing experience
We understand how important Free Shipping is to our customers, so enjoy the fact that most products on motoXdirect.com qualify for Free Shipping with some exceptions. We also understand you want your products as fast as possible, so our free shipping option is engineered to be as fast as possible. Depending on the product type, Free Shipping service is one of four services: Fedex / UPS Ground (1-5 Days), USPS First Class (2-5 days), or in some cases USPS PRIORITY (2-3 days). Please note time frames are business days only and estimated based on shipment from our location. Some items ship from warehouses in other states. Please call if you need an item by a certain date. Some shipments are subject to delays.
If you need your product faster we offer Overnight and 2nd Day Air options from FEDEX, UPS, and USPS. Please contact us for the best shipping prices on your order.
A lot of items ship same or within two business days after receipt of funds and order with exceptions of custom fabricated items. Please contact us if you need a product by a certain date or are unsure. It is our goal to get your order out as fast as possible, so you can enjoy the great products we offer and endorse.
Your satisfaction is important to us. As a valued motoXdirect.com customer, you have fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt for any unused item to request a return. Additional exclusions may apply. Returned products are required to be in brand new condition and must include the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging. Please forward all requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the product is being returned for any reason other than defects or damages the Buyer is responsible for return and initial shipping and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All custom fabricated part sales are final.
We understand buyers change their minds and we gladly accept exchanges. Exchanges must be made within three (3) days of receiving the item. The exchanged products are required to be in brand new condition and must include the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We take your privacy very seriously and will never share, sell or distribute your information with any third parties, apart from those required to process your order. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Crunch International, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Crunch International, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
In the event that a Crunch International, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Crunch International, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Crunch International, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Crunch International, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
